As the fabric of Nature and Culture frays and time feels like time is running out, Resilient Spirit Retreats are here to create sacred space where healing and your soul’s next alchemical shift can happen. This sacred space is unique to the Hearts present and the moment in time and place so each one is distinct.  As a seasonal “treatment”, the experience invites and enables us to step out of ordinary reality so we can be present to our own Hearts and Spirits and connect with the Soul of the Earth for guidance.  In this process, we receive the healing we need to help us move forward in more fully bring our unique gifts of authenticity into the world.  It is so rare and so important these days, not only for our individual thriving but also so that we can be a part of the New World that is trying to be born. This retreat is designed to give you a rooted spiritual foundation to hold you steady through the Winter, until we gather again in early February.

The Winter’s Eve Supper is your time to integrate, connect and share your experiences of the transformational journey of the day.  Dinner conversation and a menue prepared with veggies from the land, is part of the magic that will clarify and solidify your own insights to carry into your life and out into the world.

Resilient Spirit Retreats help you:

  • Realign with the rhythms and intelligence of Nature and your own soul.

  • Receive healing and spiritual nourishment through ritual, meditation, sacred space, and the hearts of fellow travelers.

  • Let go of what no longer serves and clarify your next true step.

  • Restore your nervous system through connection with Spirit, the Earth and fellow travelers.

  • Remember your place in the Web of Life—your gifts are so needed for a new World trying to be born.

These retreats are thresholds events. Four times a year, we gather to root ourselves in what is Real, to remember that we belong and why we are here at this time. They are an opportunity to reweave ourselves into the fabric of our living world.

In this time of Great Unraveling, you’ll leave renewed, reconnected, and realigned—with deeper clarity about who you are, what truly matters, and new tools to help you walk your path forward.

You are invited to be part of a rare, sacred spiritual event and receive gifts of healing and transformation.

The secret to thriving in an unraveling world is rooted in Spirit.

Join us in the ancient practice of gathering and feasting.

Breaking bread together is the closing ritual of the day. The Winter’s Eve Supper, prepared by local caterer, Laura Cabot, with food grown on the land, is a ritual of gratitude, belonging, and a time to root and integrate the day’s journey. Conversation and laughter become soul medicine. Food becomes prayer. Connection becomes the thread that carries the transformation into daily life through the coming Winter.

We remember we are not alone, and we are part of something sacred

What People are saying about their Retreat:

Amy's retreats provide an incredibly valuable touchstone in our chaotic times. They're a chance to meet like-minded people I might not otherwise know, connect with myself in a supportive environment, and learn about the turnings of nature in a way that feels grounding. -KM

These retreats are helping me build community and feel connected to other folks who have the same or similar values and concerns. The acceptance of where we are is tempering my internal resistance and allowing me to take steps on a more spiritual and sacred path toward what I want to manifest into the world. Maybe some of that could help someone else? - SR

The retreat was a beautiful gathering of inquiring and nurturing souls. The introductions at the beginning made me aware that I am in community with others on this path and that there is room for different directions and understandings. The fire ceremony was a great closer, but also highlighted the work I want to continue to pursue and deepen my understanding. -CM

Amy's retreat will empower you with an "excuse" or motivation kinder and more compassionate, it will offer you tools and frameworks of thinking to help you navigate the difficult times that we live in. It will remind you of the values that are worth upholding (and not surprisingly, those same ones that give us meaning and fulfillment) during a time of quite rapid dissolution of value systems and networks of support. You will walk away refreshed and grounded. -PB

Growing, deepening, freeing, in a safe setting with a community of impressive people. -DF

Gathering in the safe shelter of an old barn, sharing personal vulnerabilities, learning the ancient ways of all levels of nature, sends us back into the current world, strengthened and embraced by humanity at its best. -DS
